Key Autumn from Stylist Kerryn Grady : Heavy Metal

Now that Fashion Week is over, heads are turning to the season in hand. The days are cooler and this is our chance to have a little fashion overhaul and get in a few key looks that will be flexible enough to wear day-to-night over the coming months.

Fashion stylist Kerryn Grady is at hand to give us her lowdown on the key pieces to wear for Autumn Style. If you missed it, then make sure you check out her intro to Autumn 2015's key trend, and her first look 'Peace, Love & Denim'. Over to Kerryn for the second installment:

I love mixing metals. I’m always layering necklaces and bracelets in mixed tones, as I try to cultivate a (very considered!) laid back look.
Cred’s rose gold and silver Tie The Knot bracelet is such a pretty take on this style, and an easy way to dip your toe in the trend.

Stella McCartney’s ‘Ayana’ mini dress is the perfect winter dress, crafted in black and white wool-blend tweed (those who know me well know that I don’t deviate far from my sartorial comfort zone of a grey palette. Black and white tweed is a bit of a sideways step!). The rose gold and silver from the bracelet will stand out beautifully against the muted tones, adding polish to quite a relaxed design.

By evening, I’ll carry Matt & Nat’s sleek ‘Abiko’ clutch in macaroon to bring out the warmth of the rose gold.

Don't Miss:
