If you are not completely satisfied with the jewellery you have bought online, simply return the items to us in their original condition and packaging within 28 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) or exchange.
- We cannot accept returns of earrings on hygiene grounds.
- Items made to order, including wedding and engagement rings, cannot be returned unless faulty.
- To return an item from overseas, please first contact us to avoid any hold-up in customs.
Items bought in Store:
If an item is bought in store from our stock, you are entitled to exchange these items within the space of 28 days or receive a credit note.
There will be an admin fee of £150 for all engagement rings refunded/ exchanged.
Any items made to order can not be refunded or exchanged.
Faulty goods are the only items that will be refunded.
If an item is found to have damage due to wear and tear this will not be eligible for exchange, credit not or refund.
